Dr. Christiana Lee

GP and Principal Dentist

Dr. Christiana Lee graduated in 2001 from McGill University, Montreal with a D.M.D.  After graduating, she returned to Trinidad to join the dental practice of her father (Dr. Johnny Lee, at the Lee Building, Frederick Street POS).  In 2004 she took it over and began building her dream practice.

Dr. Lee is passionate about helping her patients maintain their teeth and overall health for life.  She practices minimally-invasive dentistry where only decayed or weakened tooth structure is removed, and uses advanced bonding techniques to re-engineer the teeth closer to their original strength, function and aesthetics, than with traditional dentistry.

She enjoys being able to give her patients conservative smile makeovers, blending DSD smile principles, Invisalign and advanced conservative restorative techniques for the long term health of the teeth.

Over the years she has taken advanced courses in multidisciplinary dentistry, prosthodontics (crown and bridge/dentures), aesthetics (smile management), occlusion (chewing and mastication management), sleep apnea therapy (sleep improvement) and Digital Smile Design and most recently, Biomimetic Restorative Dentistry.

Dr. Lee is a member of the Academy of Biomimetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and Digital Smile Design.  She is a qualified Invisalign provider, Pankey dentist and member of the Biomimetic Study Club.   Dr. Lee is a Past President of the Trinidad and Tobago Dental Association.  She is the first and only female president, to date, of the TTDA.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Lee is involved with the local NGO WAND and enjoys travelling, hiking and tennis.
